Built for the patient side of the conversation

Information is only empowering
when you can use it.

Health Record Ally does more than store health data. It helps turn scattered information into understanding, reasonable questions and a clearer next step.

01

One understandable record

Bring clinical letters, results, medicines, symptoms and Apple Health signals into one organised, patient-owned view.

Aa
02

Plain-English context

See unfamiliar language broken down without turning an explanation into a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

03

Guidance with its source

Explore potentially relevant NICE guidance with the source, date, criteria and uncertainty kept visible.

04

A Care Options Brief

Turn confirmed facts, relevant guidance and your concerns into focused questions for the next appointment.

05

Remember what happens next

Record decisions, reasons, follow-up dates and what changed, so important actions do not disappear after the conversation.

06

Private by design

Your core record stays on your iPhone. Sharing is deliberate, AI is optional and cloud services are never a silent fallback.

A clearer route through care

From confusing record
to informed conversation.

Each step keeps the patient’s facts, published sources and personal priorities distinct—so the app can support advocacy without claiming to make the clinical decision.

UNDERSTAND

Make sense of the record

Review the facts, trends and documents behind your care in language that is easier to follow.

01
EXPLORE

See what may be relevant

Connect your confirmed information with published guidance while keeping national and local policy clearly separate.

02
PREPARE

Build the questions that matter

Create a concise appointment brief from your evidence, uncertainties and priorities.

03
ADVOCATE

Leave with a clear next step

Record the decision, the reason and the follow-up—then create a factual letter if something needs clarifying.

04
Your first useful brief

Start small.
Review everything.

You do not need a perfect record before the app becomes useful. Begin with the information behind one real question or appointment.

Create your Care Options Brief

Confirmed facts. Relevant sources. Your questions.

Review every item before it is included or shared. The brief supports your conversation; it does not determine your care.

  1. 1
    START WITH CONTEXT

    Add what matters to you

Choose the conditions, appointments or questions you want help understanding.

  2. 2
    BUILD THE RECORD

Add a letter, result or medicine

Enter information manually or import supported documents, then review every extracted detail.

  3. 3
    CONNECT SIGNALS

    Choose Apple Health categories

Allow only the categories that add useful context. You stay in control of every permission.

  4. 4
    PREPARE

Create your first Care Options Brief

Bring together confirmed facts, possible guidance and the questions you want to discuss.

What the app does—and does not do

Evidence first.
Patient judgment always.

A useful health tool should make its boundaries obvious. Health Record Ally separates recorded facts, published policy, automated matching and plain-language explanation.

1FACT

Your confirmed record

Information you entered, imported and reviewed, with its date and original source.

2CONTEXT

Potentially relevant guidance

Published criteria and sources that may be useful to discuss—not a declaration of eligibility.

3ACTION

Your informed question

A clear, respectful way to ask what applies, what is missing and what happens next.

The next generation of Health Record Ally

Private intelligence,
with visible boundaries.

We are developing on-device tools for supported iPhones that can help organise a clinical letter, explain unfamiliar wording and prepare questions—without letting generative AI decide what care someone should receive.

In developmentThese capabilities are not yet part of the current release.
SIRI & SHORTCUTS

Get to the right action quickly

Add a question, open a brief or create a follow-up reminder without exposing private details on the Lock Screen.

ON-DEVICE DOCUMENTS

Review a letter in plain English

Extract candidate facts from supported documents, then let you confirm, correct or reject every item.

VERIFIED POLICY TOOLS

AI explains; rules decide

Deterministic policy checks produce the result. On-device intelligence may only help explain it.

NO SILENT CLOUD FALLBACK

Your choice remains explicit

If on-device intelligence is unavailable, the app falls back to ordinary tools—not an undisclosed external provider.

Straightforward access

Try the complete
patient toolkit.

Seven days of full access with no card required. After that, core record features remain available or you can unlock the complete app permanently.

Honest answers

What Health Record Ally
can promise.

Does Health Record Ally provide medical advice?+

No. It organises information, explains terminology and helps you prepare questions. It does not diagnose, select treatment or replace a qualified healthcare professional.

Does “potentially relevant” mean I am eligible?+

No. Published criteria may be useful to discuss, but clinical suitability, missing information, local commissioning decisions and professional judgment can still affect what applies.

Does it already cover every local NHS policy?+

No. Verified local-policy coverage will be introduced gradually. The app should always show the authority, area, source and date, and should say when verified local information is unavailable.

Can it connect directly to my NHS record?+

Not in the current release. Production NHS integration requires formal onboarding and assurance. Supported manual imports and Apple Health can help you build your record in the meantime.

Will AI read my health record?+

On-device intelligence is in development for supported devices. It will be optional, limited to the information needed for the task and will not silently fall back to a cloud provider.
